Make feedback specific
Feedback such as be more structured is difficult to apply. Ask what part of the structure was unclear: opening, prioritisation, explanation, or closure.
The more specific the feedback, the easier it is to test in the next practice station.
Choose one change at a time
Trying to fix everything at once makes practice feel heavy. Choose one behaviour for the next station, such as summarising before advising or pausing after difficult information.
Small changes compound when they are practised consistently.
Review progress weekly
At the end of each week, look for repeated themes. If the same issue appears several times, it deserves focused practice.
Feedback becomes powerful when it shapes the next session, not just the last one.
